This clock is located in the middle of the new Uptown development, next to the town plaza. The clock was installed in September 2010 and would have been activated soon after. It consists of four faces, one on each side of the clock tower. The clocks have a white face with a snowflake-like design cut out of grey in the centre, black Roman numerals, and black hands. The displayed time was accurate when I took the photos.
