This cornerstone is embedded in the north face, next to the building entrance near the northwest corner, of the Masonic Temple located at 209 E Ramshorn Street in Dubois, Wyoming.

The Dubois Lodge built this Masonic Temple in 1961 to serve the needs of their fraternity. From all appearances the lodge uses only the second floor while the first floor is occupied by an antique dealer and a professional photographer. The cornerstone is inscribed:
