Das historische Rathaus von 1663 steht auf dem Marktplatz von Lingen.
Dieses Rathaus ist heute als Wahrzeichen Lingens bekannt und wird nur noch für feierliche Anlässe, z.B. standesamtliche Trauungen, genutzt.
Im Turm befindet sich ein Glockenspiel, dass von den Kivelingen gestiftet wurde.
The historical Townhall of Lingen, build in 1663, is placed directly at the market place of town Lingen. Today the building ist used only for different kinds of ceremonies like marriages. In the top of the building is a bell-clock. It was a present to the town by the Kivelinge.
