The park office at Bear Head Lake State Park contains a small gift shop. They sell firewood and ice. The park office rents boats and motors, canoes, and kayaks from the fishing opener through September. Visitors can also rent snowshoes from the park. Park maps are free. A public pay phone is outside the building.
