On Mar. 26, 1926, Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States mustered in VFW Post 1433 in honor of Marine Corporal Sandy Coor, who died in France in 1919.
Eighty-three years later (2009), the Post is 920 members strong. It underwent renovations with a new parking lot, covered patio, and painted stucco exterior for a fresh new look.
