You find all sorts of neat things when you fall off the beaten path. While looking for a way to get to a cache, we went down a road that led immediately to this bridge. Exactly 30 feet long, it's a single vehicle width wide. It's all steel, including a honeycomb metal deck. The wood planks on the sides are non-load bearing.

Just over a mile south of Nelson and a bit east of Highway 6, the bridge crosses what is probably Cottonwood Creek. On a semi-private road, it is used by only two families.
