Please note that the coords are approximate, I had to get them from Google Earth, I could not retrieve them from my GPSr. Having said that...
While traveling from Jasper to Banff through the Icefields Parkway, I stopped to get a picture of myself at the sign. When returning to my car, I just happened to notice a benchmark embeded in a concrete pier with some anchor bolts on top. It appeared that it may have had a sign attached at one time.
