This beautiful Victorian house is on Perrydale Road just south of the Baptist church and the school, south of the intersection with Bethel Road. Based on a photo from around 1960, the owners in recent years have done a tremendous job restoring the Victorian detailing and landscaping the yard. The house is about 2,600 square feet; an adjacent, detached garage is also present.
