In Fall River, south of the center of the city, is 101 Sullivan Drive, a brick building with stained glass features along the first floor.
The building stands alone on the south side of I-495, which runs below street level and under the Fall River Government Center about a quarter mile away to the northwest. There is no Sullivan Drive that I can see on the map or on the online application, OLIVER, on MassGIS. However, the parcel layer visible on OLIVER definitely has 101 Sullivan Drive as the address for this lot. Possibly, there was a Sullivan Drive that was destroyed when the highway went through. There are medical and dental offices in this building, and the addresses there match (often "Jeremiah V. " is added before "Sullivan".
On the Third Street side is a main entrance with wide windows. Above and forward of the windows are panes of glass with small pieces in patterns, and stained pieces forming a shield. The shield is red with either a blue or dark stripe, surrounded by green and yellow. There are several of these across the building.
