In tiny Cosmopolis, Washingtin, there is a "Blind Person" crossing sign, along with wide, painted markings across the road to bring further attention to the situation. If you look just to the side of the Blind Person crossing sign, you will see a Tsunami evacuation sign, pointing up the street.
