These outhouses were built when the old Tracy [Community] Church was built. They have been kept in good shape, including adding some privacy screening and lights. They definitely do not (wheweee) have plumbing. Across from the church there is the Tracy Cemetery. The outhouses are kept open for folks visiting either the church or the cemetery - hoping that they will not be abused.
