Cochrane & Wagemann traces its history back over 100 years in the area. The present Funeral chapel was built in the 1932 in the heart of the Great Depression. The chapel is of Spanish style, having a tile roof and arched entrance way and windows. The walkway to the front entrance is lined with roses in keeping with its former name, Chapel of the Roses. Regular funerals, cremation and preplanning are all offered. Prior to early June 2013 it was known as Cochrane's Chapel of the Roses, now it is Cochrane & Wagemann, Funeral Directors.
