Oxleas Woodlands is made up from three woods. Oxleas, Jack and Castle Woods. These ancient woodlands have been here for around 8000 years, which today are protected as an area of scientific interest (SSSI).
You can walk around these three woodlands all day. Visit the cafe and enjoy the views south. This sign is one of several scattered around, mostly at access points to show you where you are and also offer 'local' information about the area you are in.
