Clive Mercer is the owner, haven taken over the business from his Dad in 1999.
Mercer Cycles is the local Merida dealership amongst other minor brands. Always worth a visit just to check out the old bikes hanging from the ceilings.

Your Experience:
I have only used Mercer to true a wheel once and it came back with a cracked rim. I am not 100% sure it was their fault but I am weary of having my wheels trued there now.
