[DE] Nach einem 1931 entstandenen Gipsmodell wurde 1938, also im Jahr von Ernst Barlachs Tod, eine Bronze hergestellt. Posthum wurden seit 1950 14 unnumerierte Exemplare gegossen. Einer dieser posthumen Güsse ist in der Antoniterkirche Köln (visit link) zu sehen.

[EN] From a plaster model of 1931 a bronze was made in 1938, the year of Ernst Barlach's death. Fourteen unnumbered specimens were cast posthumously in 1950. One of these posthumous casts can be seen in the Antoniterkirche in Cologne (visit link) .
