Die Schächinger Mühle in Edling war einst eine Mahlmühle an der Ebrach. Heute befindet sich im historischen Mühlengebäude eine Gaststätte. Da die alten Mahlwerke noch restauriert worden und sich nach wie vor im Gasthaus befinden, verleiht dies dem Restaurant ein unvergleichliches Ambiente.

The Schaechinger mill in Edling was once a flour mill at the creek Ebrach. Today, the historic mill building contains a restaurant. As the old grinders have been restored and are in the guest house as before, this gives the restaurant an incomparable ambience.
