This Welcome Sign is located next to the entrance driveway for the Utah Welcome Center on the north side of US Highway 40 just east of the junction with Utah Highway 149 on the western edge of Jensen, Utah.

This sign differs from all of the "Life Elevated" Welcome Signs in Utah. Here the dinosaur replaces the usual red rock country scene that is usually depicted because the Welcome Center is only a short hop away from Dinosaur National Monument.
