Our Savior's Lutheran Church really has more land that they need, and now they are donating some of it to be used for a community garden. The garden is in partnership with Marion-Polk Food Share (a charity covering the two local counties) and the First United Methodist Church of Salem. The garden is immediately adjacent to the main driveway into the church, so access is tricky if the church is holding an event, and the only parking is across the drive about 50 yards away.
