The sewing center that uses it for an attention getter is located right beside the Business 80 freeway north of downtown Sacramento. Recently given a new aluminum paint job, it is bright and shiny. The thread looks to be rope used to moor large ships.The RA website says it is best to just drive by to see it. However, when creating this Waymark it was discovered nothing makes it real and gives a true indication of its size like getting up close and personal.
