A small windmill in the south of Effingen.

This windmill is located at the south border of Effingen. It can be seen easily from the hiking trail to Linn.
The four wings have a length of about three meters. It appears to be working, but I don't know if it has a purpose or is just ornamental. I could not find any documentation at all.
