This Hiking and Walking Trailhead is located on the west side of the Pine Valley Cemetery on the north side of Pinevalley Road, just east of the junction with Grass Valley Road on the north side of Pine Valley, Utah.

The Forest Service web site lists this trail as #31024 while the sign at the trailhead indicates #31032. From the Forest Service web site:
Trail #31024, also known as Cemetary Trail. Follow this trail from the Pine Valley Cemetery to the open flats of Grass Valley . The trail take you through dense pinyon pine, juniper, and mahogany trees up onto a ridge that provides great views of the Pine Valley area to the south and Grass Valley to the north. The trail is a moderate hike with loose rocks.
