Years ago a bridge washed out over Frost Creek splitting Columbia Valley into two areas from a car point of view. At the junction where you can access the two parts of the valley the Columbia Valley Ratepayers have placed this sign directing you.

Columbia Valley is located in a mountain valley at the south end of Cultus Lake. For many years there was bridge across Frost Creek, however it washed out and rather than replace the bridge the Ministry of Transportation has only maintained one road.
At Frost Road and Columbia Valley Highway you will find this large sign showing the locations of businesses in both parts of the valley. Tucked at the bottom of the sign is a "you are here" point.
