The dedicated elm is located in Penn Common also known as Penn Park. There are several memorials located in this park which is one big giant square block of green and scattered granite monuments.
Before the tree is a 3-foot granite marker, curved at the top, with two bronze-inscribed tablets upon it. There are The top marker reads:
