Several of Jorge Zeno's delightful signature fantasy animal sculptures are located in this park in a busy area of Old San Juan. This 6' tall bronze sculpture depicts a large crescent shaped rooster. The rooster is looking back towards its crescent moon shaped tail with a human-like face. It is sporting an elaborate headdress for a comb. The legs are suggested by a column that morphs into a large shoe-like base. Its body is decorated with spirals, faces and an odd assortment of figures symbols. The sculpture stands on a 2' high rectangular concrete base.
A bronze plaque on the north side of the base is inscribed in Spanish:
