This survey mark is located about 200 feet N of the AT crossing, and is marked by a metal witness post and nearby yellow blazes. The disk is mounted to a pipe and has suffered some damage - most likely by a trimming crew. The mark and pipe project about 3 inches.

Note - disk is about 100' S of the northern edge of the wooded corridor.
