Sundail at Urbanskirche (church)

This sundail can be found at the Urbanskirche in Schwäbisch Hall. The Street is named "Unterlimpurger Straße" you wont miss it. I coordinates above are the exact coordinates. The sundail is a wallmounted one and can be viewed from the open ground around the church. If the church is open, dont miss to visit it. It's a very nice one. At the back of the church you can find a stony fish and a lion at one of the churchwindows. The fish was stolen some years ago but came back about two years ago. A pity, it came back in three parts.


Die Sonnenuhr an der Urbanskirche

Diese Sonnenuhr ist an der Urbanskirche in der Unterlimpurger Straße zu finden. Die Koordinaten zeigen den genauen Standort. Bei der Sonnenuhr handelt es sich um eine Wandversion. Sie kann von dem, die Kirche umgebenden, ganztägig geöffenten Kirchgarten besichtigt werden. Wenn die Kiche geöffnet ist, geht unbedingt hinein. Sie ist sehr schön und weithin bekannt. Auf der Rückseite der Kirche befinden sich im Fenstersims zwei Sandsteinfiguren, ein Fisch und ein Löwe. Der Fisch wurde vor einigen Jahren von Dieben herausgebrochen. Als er vor etwa zwei Jahren wieder auftauchte war er in drei Teilen zerbrochen. Er wurde aber wieder an der alten Stelle eingesetzt.
