Father Eduardo Archer Leite was born in 1919, in a village not far from this location. He went to a seminar while a young boy and became officially a priest on the 29th September 1943.
He was immediately sent to Seixo Alvo where he spend all of his remaining life. A long one, as he died on the 13th December 2008, 98 years old. The most amazing thing is that we was still active in August 2008. serving the community as he did all those years.
