Located in the small town of Fulton, IL. The city hall resides in an old train depot. The local train used to come through town to deliver goods and pick up grain. But like many small train systems, it died out. The building was donated to the city and it then became the " Charles C. McMahon City Hall". It was named after the husband of the lady that donated the building.
