The brick Delvic Hotel building was constructed in 1922 by the Oliver Iron Mining Company and used as a commercial building. At one time it housed a bank and tailor shop on the street level, a church in the basement, and hotel rooms upstairs. Today it is occupied by China Buffet (the historic bank safe is still there) and Northwood Mechanical Inc.
