A Bell tower on the Old hall in Newtown, that stands at the top of what appears to be an art nevus building made of red and yellow brick.

The tower is working as I heard it ring 5pm on the 15th of the month.
It chimes once for each hour. (so at 5 it rang 5 times)

From the sound of it there is a single bell, as there was only a single note sounded.
