In the church grounds at Eynsford, close to the entrance gate is a old Yew tree. Under this tree is a hexagonal bench which was built and placed here for the Millennium.

You can sit and face the old 11th century church, the church grounds, or if you sit and look over the road you can see the River Darent as it flows under the bridge.

The plaque on the seat Reads "This seat provided by the Eynsford Best Kept Village Group to celebrate Millennium 2000"
