Deze TOP ligt aan een ruime parkeerplaats net buiten Brielle in de nabijheid van fietsroute knooppunt 31 (aan de Schrijversdijk).
Vanaf deze TOP kunnen excursies gemaakt worden naar onder meer de Brielse vestingwerken en het historisch museum Den Briel; de Stenen Baak, een voormalige vuurtoren (richting Oostvoorne) en Zwartewaal, een oud vissersdorpje (richting Spijkenisse).
