This church is located at the corner of McDonald Street and Aylmore Street near the town centre of Gnowangerup. There is no signage on or near the building, the only indication which gives a clue is the Uniting Church logo on the front window of the entrance portal.
House meetings are held here at 10.00am on the first Tuesday of the Month. According to the Gnowangerup Shire web site the Uniting Church Ladies Guild also meets here but there is no indication of timings.
The Uniting Church in Australia (UCA) was formally established on 22 June 1977 when most congregations of the Methodist Church of Australasia, the Presbyterian Church of Australia and the Congregational Union of Australia came together under the Basis of Union. This church would have been part of that union.
