This historic yellow brick hotel was built in 1904, once a popular place for those to stay when visiting Eveleth and the Mesabi Range. It has a wrap-around porch just as it did in the early days, but it is now being rented out as the Park Apartments. It was placed on the NRHP in 1980 and is on the corner of Adams Avenue and Pierce Street.
