The peak offers wonderful views of the Bow River Valley, pristine Lake Louise and other peaks in the Rockies. It's a family-friendly 9 km (return) hike on a wide and well-graded trail. Traffic is heavier up to Lake Agnes Teahouse but after that the crowds thin substantially as more keen hikers split up to go to Little Beehive, Big Beehive or Plain of Six Glaciers.
Start the walk next to Chateau Lake Louise. It is well signed.
