The Plummer Memorial Library was designed b Smith $ Walker. It is constructed with brick with limestone trim. It is 1 1/2 stories topped with a slate roof, with a cupola centered where the 3 rooves meet. The windows are grouped in 3's and with limestone trim as accents. The library was one of five built in the city between 1925 and 1939.
