Milestenene på hovedlandevejen over Fyn blev opstillet Mens Christian D. VIII var konge af Danmark (monogram på sten.)
Bagsiden af milesten har indhugget 40km da man indførte Metersystem (1907) i Danmark blev stenen vendt og forsynet med Km mærke.
1986 blev stenen igen vendt med Mile mærket frem og Fyns amt restaurere stenen.

The back of the milestone has carved 40km when introducing Metric (1907) in Denmark was the stone turned and equipped with Km mark.
1986 the stone was again reversed with the Mile mark forward and Funen county restore the stone.
