The fluvial beach of Fermil is located in the municipality of Mondim de Basto. It's completely artificial, but the water surface is genuine. Lovely place, with a small parking area and, during the season, a bar in a wooden hut. There is a little waterfall and plenty of space, with convenient rubbish bins placed in the whole area.
Coordinates provided are of one of the coolest spots, but the whole place is small and parking location is quite obvious.
