This popular surfing spot is located along the west side of Neptune Avenue, north of the west end of Leucadia Blvd in the Leucadia neighborhood of Encinitas, California.

This is one of San Diego County's premier surfing locations. The break here produces some great waves on a consistent basis.

There is a medium-sized parking lot at the top of the bluff, about 100 feet above the beach and access is via a switchback trail down the face of the steep bluff. But everyone says the hike is worth it, even if you aren't a surfer dude.
