Within the plaza of property owned by Martin Selig Real Estate in downtown Seattle exist two bronze statues of a man and woman, both sitting on separate park benches across from each other. They invite you to sit next to them and engage them while they take a break from the hustle and bustle of city life around them.

The female statue, titled She, depicts a life-size older woman, relaxing on a park bench, with a smile on her face and a bag of groceries sits next to her, inviting you to peer in and see what she's bought. The AIC description of this statue says the following:

Full-length, life-size bronze figure of an elderly woman. She sits on a park bench with a sack of groceries beside her on her proper right. Her proper right arm rests on the bench back and her hands are clasped. Her long skirt covers her spread knees and she faces forward. Her hair is drawn back in a bun, and she wears a smiling, relaxed look on her face.

The statue was created by Howard Garnitz. The following info on Garnitz comes from Artmeister.com:

Howard Garnitz studied at the Chicago Academy of Fine Art, the Chicago Art Institute and the University of Illinois. His work has been featured in fine galleries in the United States and abroad-and in museum collections such as the New Britain Museum of American Art. His sculptures also appear in public installations such as the Fourth and Blanchard Towers in Seattle, Washington. Numerous publications have pictured his works: Placemakers, National Geographic's America's Spectacular Northwest, Art in Seattle's Public Places are a few.

The two statues in this plaza, along with other works of art in Seattle are owned by Martin Selig. His wife, Catherine Mayer, has installed a giant red popsicle sculpture on this same block on the corner of Blanchard and 4th and can be viewed and waymarked here.
