Ganesh is the god of wisdom, and dealing with difficult situations. He takes the form of an elephant, and is associated with the Hindu pantheon of deities. While based in India, he is a popular deity in south east Asia, and certainly in Thailand, both as a distinct Hindu god, and as an associate of the Buddha. His image to be found frequently throughout the Kingdom.
This representation of the god is found in the city of Phitsanulok, in northern Thailand. Specifically, in a purpose built shrine, shaped in the manner of a Thai regal hat, on the Nan River (the main river of the province), adjacent to a bridge across the River, and the large and impressive Buddhist Wat Chan. Ganesh is depicted in his usual Thai posture, seated facing forward. The shrine is popular with locals. Easy to find, lit at night.
Entry is free, though a small donation (20 bath, ~50c) is the thing to do.
