"This recreation facility includes a 25 metre long swimming pool with special assistance stairs for the physically challenged, a climbing wall, wading pool, sauna, hot tub, and innovative programs for seniors, adults, juniors and children.

The public may rent out the Athabasca Landing Pool for private functions from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays starting at $75.00 per hour."

There are numerous opportunities for the community to participate in open swims or be associated with the various clubs and organizations that use the pool. For a different birthday celebration the facility can be rented out.
