This is a permanent whistling seesaw (German: Pfeiffenwippe) located at the so-called 'Sinnespfad' in Deckenpfronn, Germany, Baden-Württemberg. It is used to make sounds by changing the position of your body.

The whistle seesaw is a simple sound device that makes the player the relationship of cause and effect experience physically. The three swinglebars built at ground level are independently movable. By movement of the beam the air pressure for blowing the pipes is produced. With shifting the weight or bar changes create different, simple melodies, six different sounds are possible. All people have a lot of fun to make music with the entire body and to create eerie or beautiful tone rows.
