An elderly but spiffy looking building in Singapore City.

This building is clearly of some years, dating back to the fun days (for some, at least) of Empire. Now in use as commercial offices, it has been restored to pristine condition (as are most things in Sing City). Above the main entrance, on the roof is the year of dedication, 1920. A year brimming with promise.
