THE OHIO STATE CAPITAL BUILDING, POINT IS SET ON THE NORTH-EAST
CONCRETE ABUTMENT OF THE WEST BROAD STREET BRIDGE OVER THE SCIOTO
RIVER.
LOCATED 46 FT (14.0 M) WEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF MARCONI BOULEVARD.
AND 54 FT (16.5 M) NORTH OF THE CENTER OF WEST BROAD STREET.
