This sign is no joke!!! Rattlesnakes are very common in this area and the various items on display in this yard provide ideal places to get some shade when the heat gets too intense. The time of greatest danger is warm, but not hot, mornings and evenings. This is the time when rattlesnakes are most active in the open and when you would be most likely to have accidental contact with one. And when the weather is hot, don't stick any part of your body into a nice shady area!
