This water tank is located on Armstrong Street between Moore Avenue and the Pine Level Cemetery in Auburn, Alabama.

As befits a college town, this tank has the Auburn University block Auburn on the side, painted in the school's orange color. The tank itself is located east of the university. I suspect it can be seen over the trees if one has tickets in the nose-bleed section of Jordan-Hare Stadium on the campus. It is near a cemetery where one can find many graves of veterans of the Civil War as well as many others from the early history of the community.
