This badly worn cut bench mark is sited to the right of the west door of St. Mary's church in Willesborough.
St Mary’s is a large church with an unmistakable spire. Dating from Saxon times, it has many stained glass windows, including a medieval one in the chancel. Apparently it has a fine set of six bells rung by a team of award winning bell ringers.
