This set of paints on walls can be observed in the Independence Square, but they are a bit hidden (I had one person living nearby asking me where they were because he was not aware of these murals).
It's not easy to describe them, because most of the elements are abstract. However, the African spirit is a permanent inspiration for these murals, and I could bet the Independence of the country inspired the author (unknown) of the murals.
Considering the absence of graffiti / mural in the country, I would guess this work is official or at least privately ordered to an artist.
