This fountain is within the grounds of some apartments in Concert Hall Approach in an area known as the South Bank.

The fountain's is about ten metres in diameter. It appears to have twelve jets around its perimeter squirting water towards the fountains centre. There is one jet at the centre of the fountain that is shooting water straight up. The fountain's base is the shape of an inverse saucer.

The apartment building used to be the 'downstream' offices of the Shell oil company.
